Kim endeavors to live her own life with purpose. Let her bring you the same through her practices of Myofascial Release, Hand Readings, Life Coaching, and Personality Analysis. Kim Fuller, PT, is a 1983 graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. During the course of her 40 years as a physical therapist, she has worked in Vermont, New Hampshire, Alabama, and Germany. Her fields of study include Myofascial Release, Ergonomics, Pre- and Post-Natal exercise, Biotensegrity, Movement and Manual Therapy. Kim began intensive study in the John F. Barnes, PT, Myofascial Approach in 2017 and has found Myofascial Release to be the most impactful manual technique she has utilized in her career. In 2019, she began the study of Biotensegrity, which is a concept that helps her think more deeply and integratively about exercise and movement as she works with the fascial system of her clients. In 2015, Kim earned a certification in hand reading from the International Institute of Hand Analysis. She is a Holistic Life Coach and is certified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory - a personality assessment tool.
Kim was born and raised in Vermont and currently lives in Barre. She is the proud mom of two, now adult, children who are making their own marks in the world. Kim loves music, art, books, and puzzles. She is also a passionate learner of new approaches to wellness. |
